Treatment Room

Reception with workspace
I’m interested in community, so even if now is not the time, I would love to hear from you if you might be looking for a space in the future!
Treatment Room:
There is availability to sublet my treatment room on some weekends and some Fridays. I use the room myself, alongside a few other occasional hirers. I am an established Rolfing Structural Integration practitioner (a kind of manual and movement therapy) so the room would be an easy fit for other manual therapies such as osteopathy, cranialsacral, massage and Reiki. I can also imagine somatic and yoga practitioners looking for a smaller or more intimate space to see clients one-to-one, or Somatic Experiencing practitioners, Feldenkrais, Alexander and other sensing and moving practices feeling at home in the room.
This is a first floor room with lovely warm wooden floors and high ceilings, plenty of natural light, buzzer system for entry, small kitchenette with microwave and provisions for hot drinks. Other tenants include myself in the same room and a full-time award-winning beauty therapist who hires the other room. If you need use of the reception area (i.e., you have a high volume of clients and require and bring your own reception support) it is possible to hire the reception area at an additional cost.
There is a hydraulic table in situ, with heated table pad, stools and occasional tables in the room. Laundered sheets and pillowcases available for an additional fee. You would be responsible for your own equipment with some on-site storage possible if hiring on an ongoing basis.
Cost:
Ad hoc hire:
minimum 4 hour block: £40
8 hour block: £65
Please get in touch for monthly rates and information on the practice agreement.
The building:
Centrally located, established small business space, with many independent cafes, shops and small restaurants on the square and surrounding streets. There is paid parking directly outside, 5 minutes walk from rail, bus and free disc parking zones.
Friendly and busy hair salon downstairs. It is generally quiet, with some street sounds coming from the square outside and occasional sounds from the other building occupants above and below.
Fees cover heating, WiFi, use of kitchen facilities and cleaning.
